Miss Anoma came to Pitakumbura school on 21st and 22nd September 2007 to attend a computer training for our school teachers.She pave us very important lessons on Microsoft Certifiaction.She is very kind and clever. She works at Bandarawela IDM institute. We all like her. we are very happy to meet her.I wish you all the best.

Yesterday Mr. Wanninayake and Mr. Ruwan, from  e-wis came to Pitakumbura e- village center. They instructed us how to handle evillage to the future. At about 5.00 pm  Mr. Wanninayake went to the Thallande’s  e- village center.Being the centre they discussed with us  about our Graphic  knowledge, English knowledge and how the resources available.

My mother land is Srilanka. It is an island situated in the Indian ocean.Srilanka is known as the pearl  of the  Indian ocean too. People  from other countries come to see the  beautiful places  in my country. These  people admire our country.

Mahavali is the longest river in Srilanka. Kalani,Walawe and Kalu are other longest river. Piduruthalagala is the highest  mountain. Namunukula, Samanala and Kirigalpotta too are high mountain.

Srilanka is a socialist democratic contry. Mr. Mahinda Rajapaksha is the present  president  of Srilanka.  Srilanka exports tea ,cocount, rubber and jam.

My temple  is Willetigoda royal temple. It is situated in the Uva province in Monaragala near to the Pitakumbura village.  Long time  it had  a lake  in that place. After that it became famous as the  Willethigoda temple. It’s built by king Kawanthissa .  There were an expert  honerable monks called  Gedarawela Buddhist and  Sumanathissa thero.  There are valuable ruins  in our temple. Those are  stone pillars, beautiful sermon hall,  Bo tress, vihara house. There are honarable thero  Mallahewe;s Chandrarathana thero and Ariyagothi thero.

My best friend Sandamali Rathnayaka is fair and normaly tall. she is 21 years old. she live at Pallewela, Pattiyagedara, Bandarawela. she is normaly slim and has nicely shaped hands.  Her has nice feature. she always smiles.

she educated at Bandarawela Dharmapala College. she has one sister and no brothers. she mother work at Badulla, central Hospital. her father death. She is a kind girl. There is  a good friend ship among us. I still remember, how I met my best friend. Sandamali usually wears long skirt and T shirt. I met a good best friend ia my life.

        I’m Chandrika Damayanthi. I’m 21 years old. My frlends  call  me,Chandrika. My nick name is Nona. I live at Pitakumbura village. I sat the  O/L at Pitakumbura Navodiya school and I attend to A/L studies to Bandarawela Dharmapala collage. My favourite subjects are Biology,Physics and mathematics.
